The year of 'His Airness' is upon us – 2023 marks the year of MJ. A year denoted by Michael Jordan's iconic '23' is sure to please and this year has not disappointed after barely a month. One silhouette to be celebrated early through this momentous year is the Air Jordan 2. Once considered somewhat of an oddity, the AJ2 has been accepted with open arms recently and we're very excited to see the love.

Another number of significance for this 'Lucky Green' edition is 63 – the number of points Michael Jordan alone scored against the Boston Celtics in Game 2 of the 1986 Eastern Conference quarterfinals. The Bulls actually lost that game, but Jordan smashed the record for the highest points tally of any player in a playoffs game. The performance spurred all-star Larry Bird to quip "I think he's God disguised as Michael Jordan" – such was the herculean effort.
